Our Support Services
We work with experienced and dedicated support workers who will discuss your individual needs with you when you arrive. They will listen to the individual’s experiences and needs before formulating a plan tailored to what that person wants to achieve. You will have access to a support worker on a weekly basis for follow up discussions. The support worker will be trained to signpost you to the services you need to achieve the aims and goals you set yourself. All of the below will be provided in the comfort of your new home.
